Deneé is a Level II Practitioner currently training to become a Reiki Master.

I bring both my professional and lived experience to my healing work. As a Black Woman and a Black Reiki Practitioner, I am committed to offering culturally attuned and compassionate energy healing that honors the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing modality that uses universal life force energy to promote balance and well-being. It can support emotional regulation, stress relief, grounding, and deep relaxation. Many clients find Reiki helpful for easing anxiety, aiding the body in releasing stored trauma, and reconnecting with their inner strength and intuition. Reiki can be a powerful complement to talk therapy, offering the body a restorative way to release what it has held on to.

Drawing from my background as a counselor, with experience in trauma, grief, depression, perinatal wellness, etc., I approach Reiki through the lens of relational healing. I believe that emotional and energetic wellness flourish in safe, trusted spaces, and it is my honor to hold that space for each client.

I offer Reiki for those who are pregnant, postpartum, managing fertility or healing after loss. These sessions create a gentle, sacred space for grounding and emotional restoration. Inviting the body and spirit to soften, settle, and reconnect. With an emphasis on energetic balance and intuitive nourishment, Reiki aids clients in feeling aligned and supported during this deeply transformative season.

Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, rest, or reconnection with yourself, I am here to walk alongside you. Reiki sessions can be conducted in person or virtually.
